System refurbishment
System refurbishment is one of the service tasks Bestec provides. This may simply be a maintenance service on mechanical components of a system or include upgrading the system with new components.
Typical design parameters
- Maintenance on mechanical parts.
- Organizing maintenance or upgrade of vacuum equipment.
- Integration of former system options to existing Bestec systems.
- e.g. adding of deposition sources, thickness sensors, optional manipulator features etc.
- Upgrade of control equipment (incl. control PC).
